Composition  

Per ml: Trimethoprim 40 mg and sulfadoxine 200 mg

Indications

Cattle:
– Respiratory infections caused by Pasteurella spp , Streptococcus spp , Haemophilus spp., Corynebacterium spp . , Salmonella spp . Fusobacterium necrophorum.
– Gastro- intestinal infections caused by Escherichia coli or Salmonella spp.
– Peritonitis caused by E. coli, Corynebacterium pyogenes or anaerobes
– Urogenital infections caused by Streptococcus spp , E. coli, Corynebacterium pyogenes, or Salmonella spp .
– Skin infections caused by Staphylococcus spp , Streptococcus spp , Actinomyces spp. or Actinobacillus spp .
– Mastitis caused by Streptococcus spp , Staphylococcus spp , E. coli or Klebsiella spp.
– Infections caused by Gram – positive or Gram – negative bacteria
– Arthritis caused by E. coli , Salmonella spp, Corynebacterium pyogenes, Streptococcus. spp. or Pasteurella spp .

Small rodents :
– Primary and secondary infections caused by the combination of trimethoprim sulfadoxine sensitive bacteria . 

Dosage and administration 

Beef, veal, horse, pig and foal: intravenous or intramuscular 1 ml per 16 kg body weight (2.5 mg and 12.5 mg of trimethoprim of sulfadoxine per kg body weight) for 3 days. Small rodents: oral via drinking water 0.1 ml per kg body weight (4.0 mg trimethoprim and 20 mg of sulfadoxine per kg body weight) per day.
