To stimulate diuresis. To increase the excretion of sodium, potassium and chlorine ions. To produce forced diuresis in the treatment of poisonings. To prevent epistaxis (bleeding horses) in racehorses.

CATTLE AND HORSES: 0.5 to 1 mg / kg (0.5 to 1 ml / 50 kg of body weight) intravenously or intramuscularly every 8 to 12 hours. In horses the dose can be effectively increased to 6 mg / kg. SWINE: 1 ml for every 20 kg of body weight (2.5 mg / kg). CANINE: 2 to 4 mg / kg intravenously or intramuscularly (0.25 to 0.5 ml / 5 kg of body weight). FELINES: 0.5 to 1 mg / kg (0.1 ml / 5 kg of body weight) by intramuscular or intravenous route. The dose can be effectively increased to 10 mg / kg (1 ml / 5 kg of body weight).
